"Take out the trash"


The trash is anything that's in your mind that keeps you from the only thing that really matters and that's appreciating the here and now. Your brain is always filled with volumes of thoughts about the past the future and everything in between. How do you maintain being anxious and stressed all of the time. You never feel at peace with yourself because your mind is always racing. Its so bad that you cant even get a good night sleep, because you are worried about tomorrow. Today has no vibrancy nor flavor when you are stuck eating yesterdays leftovers and issues. You can't maintain sanity this way. So take out the trash. And relax
